As a humanitarian organization, GSD has an obligation to respect and protect disaster impacted communities. Everyone who engages with us has a right to be safe from harm and abuse.
GSD has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, or discrimination. This means that any perpetrators are to be held to account. GSD will not tolerate its employees, volunteers, consultants, partners or any other representative associated with the delivery of its work carrying out any form of harassment, exploitation, abuse or discrimination.
Anyone, including our partners and those residing in the communities where we work, can raise a concern or make a complaint to GSD about something they have experienced or witnessed without fear of retribution.
